This Cantaloupe Melon Juice combines the natural sweetness of ripe cantaloupe with a hint of honey for a smooth and refreshing drink. Its light, juicy flavor makes it a perfect thirst-quencher for any occasion.
Cut and Clean: Slice the cantaloupe in half and scoop out the seeds and fibers using a spoon. Discard the seeds or save them for roasting later.
Peel and Chop: Cut each half into manageable slices. Using a sharp paring knife, remove the skin from each slice, then chop the melon into bite-sized chunks.
Blend and Serve
Place the cantaloupe chunks into a blender. Add 3cups of water to create a smooth, light texture.
Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
For a smoother, pulp-free juice, pour the blended mixture through a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a jug. Use the back of a spoon to press out all the juice, leaving behind the pulp. If you enjoy a thicker, fiber-rich juice, you can skip this step.
