Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe cantaloupe melon
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • Ice cubes

Prepare the Cantaloupe

  • Cut and Clean: Slice the cantaloupe in half and scoop out the seeds and fibers using a spoon. Discard the seeds or save them for roasting later.
  • Peel and Chop: Cut each half into manageable slices. Using a sharp paring knife, remove the skin from each slice, then chop the melon into bite-sized chunks.

Blend and Serve

  • Place the cantaloupe chunks into a blender. Add 3 cups of water to create a smooth, light texture.
  • Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • For a smoother, pulp-free juice, pour the blended mixture through a fine-mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a jug. Use the back of a spoon to press out all the juice, leaving behind the pulp. If you enjoy a thicker, fiber-rich juice, you can skip this step.
  • Stir in 1 tablespoon of honey, tasting as you go. Add more or less depending on your preferred sweetness level.
  • Serve the juice over a few ice cubes for an extra refreshing touch. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, lime wedges, or a thin slice of cantaloupe for a beautiful presentation.
