Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen watermelon cubes
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup ½ milk or almond milk
  • 1-2 Tbsp honey (to taste)
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Mint sprigs

Instructions
 

  • In your blender, combine the watermelon cubes and fresh raspberries. Add the Greek yogurt for creaminess and pour in the milk to reach your desired consistency. Sweeten with honey to taste and toss in a few ice cubes if you want an extra-chilled drink.
  • Blend everything on high speed until the mixture is smooth and silky. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk. For a thicker texture, add extra ice or frozen fruit.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish each with a sprig of fresh mint. Serve immediately and enjoy this vibrant, refreshing drink!
