1 roll premade sugar cookie dough 4 oz cream cheese, softened 4 Tbsp butter, softened ½ tsp vanilla extract 1½ cups powdered sugar 1 cup mixed berries
Prepare the Cookie Cups Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and lightly spray a cupcake pan with baking spray.
Slice the sugar cookie dough into twelve 1-inch pieces. Press each slice into a cupcake mold, forming a small cup shape.
Bake for 11-13 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. Let cool for 15 minutes.
