Ingredients

  • cup mango
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 cup celery
  • 2 large apples
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp spirulina powder (optional)
  • 3 cups spinach

Instructions

  • Rinse all produce thoroughly. Peel the carrot and chop all ingredients into smaller pieces to make blending easier.
  • Add the orange juice and chia seeds to the blender first, followed by the spinach, mango, carrot, celery, apples, and spirulina powder (if using). Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust to your liking. If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add a little honey or a ripe banana and blend again.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately for the freshest flavor. If you’re saving some for later, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
