  • 3 cups pineapple, chopped (fresh or frozen)
  • cups orange juice (freshly squeezed or store-bought)
  • 1 banana large (or 2 small ones for extra sweetness)
  • cups frozen raspberries

Instructions
 

  • Peel and chop the pineapple, slice the banana.
  • In a blender, combine pineapple, banana, raspberries, and orange juice.
  • Start on low, then increase to high until creamy. If too thick, add a splash of water or more juice.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
