3 cups pineapple , chopped (fresh or frozen)1½ cups orange juice (freshly squeezed or store-bought)1 banana large (or 2 small ones for extra sweetness)1½ cups frozen raspberries
Peel and chop the pineapple, slice the banana.
In a blender, combine pineapple, banana, raspberries, and orange juice.
Start on low, then increase to high until creamy. If too thick, add a splash of water or more juice.
