Ingredients

  • 1 can (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (12-ounce) bag semi-sweet white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Start by Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing some to hang over the sides for easy lifting later. Set aside.
  • Place the chocolate chips in a medium microwave-safe mixing bowl. Microwave on high for one minute, then stir. The chips won’t be completely melted yet, which is okay.
  • Add the sweetened condensed milk to the bowl with the chocolate chips. Microwave again for about a minute or until the mixture is smooth when stirred. Make sure everything is well-combined.
  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly. Tap the pan on the counter a few times to settle the fudge and smooth the surface.
  • Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until the fudge is completely set.
  • Once set, lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Using a sharp knife, cut the fudge into 1-inch squares. Enjoy your sweet, creamy vanilla fudge.
