2 large overripe bananas, mashed (for natural sweetness and creaminess) 1 small banana, sliced (for extra flavor and texture) ½ cup blueberries, halved (for a burst of flavor) ¾ cup chia seeds (for thickening) 3 cups milk (dairy or plant-based for creaminess) For Garnish ¼ cup blueberries (for topping) 1 small banana, sliced thin (for flavor and color) 3 Tbsp maple syrup (for a natural drizzle of sweetness)
Start by mash the two overripe bananas until smooth.
Then divide the mashed bananas evenly into three mason jars. Add a layer of halved blueberries on top of the mashed bananas.
Next, In each jar, add ¼ cup chia seeds and 1 cup of milk. Stir well to ensure the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup to each jar, stirring again until well mixed
Cover the jars and refrigerate overnight, allowing the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken the pudding.
Once set, garnish each pudding with a few blueberries, banana slices, and an additional drizzle of maple syrup. Serve and enjoy!
