2 ripe bananas ½ cup peanut butter 1 Tbsp honey 1½ cups milk 1 cup ice
Peel the bananas and slice them into chunks for easy blending.
In a blender, combine the banana chunks, peanut butter, honey, and milk.
Toss in the ice cubes and blend again on high speed until the mixture is smooth and frothy, about 30–45 seconds.
Give the smoothie a quick taste. If it’s too thick, add a splash of milk. If you want it sweeter, drizzle in a bit more honey.
Pour into glasses, add a drizzle of peanut butter or a sprinkle of crushed nuts on top (optional), and enjoy.
