Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • cups milk
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions
 

  • Peel the bananas and slice them into chunks for easy blending.
  • In a blender, combine the banana chunks, peanut butter, honey, and milk.
  • Toss in the ice cubes and blend again on high speed until the mixture is smooth and frothy, about 30–45 seconds.
  • Give the smoothie a quick taste. If it’s too thick, add a splash of milk. If you want it sweeter, drizzle in a bit more honey.
  • Pour into glasses, add a drizzle of peanut butter or a sprinkle of crushed nuts on top (optional), and enjoy.
