2 ripe bananas ½ cup yogurt ½ tsp vanilla extract 1 cup milk
Peel the bananas and cut them into chunks for easier blending.
In a blender, combine the banana chunks, yogurt, vanilla extract, and milk. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30–45 seconds.
If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add more yogurt. For a thinner texture, splash in some extra milk.
