  • 2 ripe bananas
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions
 

  • Peel the bananas and cut them into chunks for easier blending.
  • In a blender, combine the banana chunks, yogurt, vanilla extract, and milk. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30–45 seconds.
  • If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add more yogurt. For a thinner texture, splash in some extra milk.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses, garnish with a slice of banana (optional), and enjoy immediately while it’s chilled and refreshing!
