  • Begin by washing and chopping the ripe plums. Remove the pits, and chop them into small pieces for easy blending.
  • Place the plum pieces into a blender. Add the orange juice, plain yogurt, and freshly grated ginger.
  • Blend everything together on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie seems too thick, you can add a splash of water or extra orange juice to reach your desired consistency.
