These Rudolph Oreo Balls are a no-bake holiday treat made with Oreos, cream cheese, and chocolate, decorated with pretzel antlers and candy faces to resemble Rudolph. Perfect for festive fun.
10ounces Ghirardelli’s dark chocolate melting wafers
For Decorating:
20pretzels, halved
20red M&M’s
40candy eyes
Instructions
Shape the Cookie Balls
Place the Oreos in a blender and pulse until you have a fine, sticky crumb mixture.
Transfer the Oreo crumbs to a large mixing bowl. Add the softened cream cheese and use an electric hand mixer to blend until fully combined and smooth.
Take a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into small balls. Place the balls on a plate and refrigerate them for about 1 hour to set.
Prepare the Garnishes
While the Oreo balls are setting, melt the Ghirardelli’s chocolate wafers according to the package instructions.
Prepare the candy eyes, red M&M's, and broken pretzel halves by placing them in small bowls for easy access during decorating.
Decorate the Rudolph Oreo Balls
Insert a toothpick into each Oreo ball and dip it into the melted chocolate. Carefully remove the toothpick and place the ball on a parchment-lined plate or baking sheet, making sure the hole from the toothpick is on the bottom.
While the chocolate is still wet, immediately press two candy eyes, a red M&M for the nose, and two pretzel halves on top to create Rudolph's antlers.
Repeat the process for all the Oreo balls. Let them set until the chocolate hardens completely.
