These two-ingredient raspberry popsicles are quick, healthy, and refreshing! Made with fresh raspberries and sweetened condensed milk, they’re perfect for hot summer days.
Place the washed raspberries in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. If you prefer a smoother texture, strain the raspberry puree through a sieve to remove the seeds.
Transfer the raspberry puree to a bowl. Gradually stir in the sweetened condensed milk, tasting as you go, until the mixture reaches your desired level of sweetness and creaminess.
Carefully pour the raspberry and condensed milk mixture into heart-shaped popsicle molds. If your molds come with sticks, insert them now. If not, freeze the mixture for about an hour until it's firm enough to hold a stick upright, then insert popsicle sticks into each mold.
Place the molds in the freezer and let the popsicles freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or ideally overnight, until fully set.
Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds by briefly running warm water over the outside of the molds to loosen them. Serve immediately and enjoy!
