Ingredients

  • 8 oranges
  • 1 small piece of ginger (peeled)
  • 3 washed mint leaves (for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp 1 honey (Optional)

Instructions

  • First, peel all of the oranges. Then, carefully remove as much of the white membrane as possible. This will help reduce any bitterness in the juice.
  • Cut each orange into quarters and use a fork to remove any seeds inside.
  • Add the prepared orange pieces into a blender. Then, add the peeled piece of ginger. Blend everything together until smooth and uniform.
  • If you prefer smooth juice, strain it through a muslin cloth or a fine-mesh strainer. If you like a bit of pulp, you can add some strained pulp back into the juice.
  • If desired, stir in a tablespoon of honey for extra sweetness. You can also add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor.
  • Pour the fresh juice into glasses and garnish with washed mint leaves for an extra refreshing touch.
  • Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for later. This juice tastes best when served fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 day
