Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 3 large apples
  • cup vegetable oil
  • cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamonI

Instructions
 

  • Start by making the batter by combining the flour, milk eggs, and 2 tablespoons of sugar in a medium sized bowl. Stir until combined and set aside.
  • Peel the apples, then cut them in half short ways, this will make it easier to corethe apples. Core the apples with a knife or you can use an apple corer if youhave one.
  • Then slice the apples to make rings, each apple should make 4 to 5rings depending how thick you want your rings!
  • Pour the oil in a frying pan and heat the oil.
  • Dip the apple rings in the batter and remove from the batter with a fork, letting the excess batter drip off. Place into the hot oil and fry on each side for approximately 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Once done, place on a plate lined with a paper towel to absorb extra oil.
  • Mix the ⅓ cup sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Dip the fried onion rings while they are still hot from the pan into the bowl to coat with sugar and cinnamon mixture.
