12 ounces evaporated milk 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, roughly chopped 2 Tbsp cocoa powder 2 Tbsp granulated sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of salt
Roughly chop the bittersweet chocolate and set it aside.
Place a medium saucepan over medium heat and add the evaporated milk and chopped chocolate. Begin whisking gently as the chocolate starts to melt.
Add the cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt, whisking until fully incorporated.
