Ingredients

  • ¾ cup white granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup dry milk powder
  • ½ cup hot water

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, add the sugar, dry milk powder, and hot water.
  • Using a whisk or hand mixer, blend the ingredients vigorously until the sugar and milk powder are completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Let the mixture rest for about 10 minutes to allow it to thicken slightly. This step enhances the consistency to resemble traditional sweetened condensed milk.
  • Use the condensed milk immediately, or transfer it to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week. Stir well before use, as separation may occur.
