Ingredients
  

  • 5 large Pomegranates
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp ginger, fresh (minced)

Instructions
 

  • Wash the pomegranates and lemon. Remove the seeds (arils) and place them in a blender. Add the lemon juice and minced ginger.
  • Pulse a few times to release the juice without crushing the seeds too much, which can cause bitterness.
  • Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth, pressing with a spoon to extract as much juice as possible. Discard the pulp.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with fresh pomegranate seeds or a lemon slice for an elegant touch.
