5 large Pomegranates 1 lemon, juiced 1 tsp ginger, fresh (minced)
Wash the pomegranates and lemon. Remove the seeds (arils) and place them in a blender. Add the lemon juice and minced ginger.
Pulse a few times to release the juice without crushing the seeds too much, which can cause bitterness.
Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth, pressing with a spoon to extract as much juice as possible. Discard the pulp.
