Ingredients

  • 1 medium watermelon (about 5–6 lbs)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced)
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp honey

Instructions

  • Slice the watermelon into even vertical slices about 1 inch thick. Lay each slice flat and cut it in half horizontally. Use a crinkle cutter (optional) to cut the watermelon into fry-sized sticks. Trim off any excess rind.
  • In a blender or food processor, combine the strawberries, vanilla yogurt, and honey. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust sweetness with more honey if desired.
  • Pour the strawberry yogurt dip into a ramekin or small serving bowl. Arrange the watermelon fries on a large platter or plate. Place the dip in the center for easy serving.
  • Enjoy immediately for the freshest taste! Dip the watermelon fries into the creamy fruit dip and savor every bite.
