- Dip the pops in melted dark chocolate and let set.
- Decorate with red, white, and black candy melts for festive details.
- Add eyes and a nose with black icing, then let everything dry.

Tips & Tricks for Perfect Teddy Bear Oreo Pops
- Patience is Key: Give the candy melts and chocolate enough time to fully set between steps. This will prevent smudging or shifting of decorations.
- Get Creative with Colors: You can swap out red and white for other festive colors depending on your holiday theme. Green scarves or blue hats can add some variety!
- Use a Steady Hand: For detailed work like the eyes and Santa hat, decorating bottles or small piping bags makes it easier to control the flow of melted candy.

Storage Advice
Once your Christmas Teddy Bears Oreo Pops have fully set, store them in an airtight container. They can be kept at room temperature for up to one week, making them perfect for preparing in advance for holiday parties.
If you live in a warmer climate, you can store them in the refrigerator to ensure the chocolate doesn’t melt. Just be sure to let them come to room temperature before serving for the best flavor and texture.
Variations
- Rudolph Oreo Pops: Use a similar technique to create reindeer by adding pretzel antlers and a red candy nose!
- Snowman Pops: Swap the teddy bear theme for snowmen by using all white candy melts and adding black buttons, orange noses, and scarves.
- Holiday Color Themes: Instead of teddy bears, you can decorate the Oreo pops with holiday colors, creating stars, Christmas trees, or even snowflakes.

Festive Oreo Teddy Bears for Your Holiday Table
Equipment
- 12 Popsicle sticks
Ingredients
For the Teddy Bear Base and Features:
- 24 regular-sized Oreo cookies
- 48 mini Oreo cookies (for ears, arms, legs, and snouts)
For Melting and Coating:
- ½ cup light brown candy melts (for assembling and detailing)
- 4 cups dark chocolate candy melts (for full coating)
- ½ cup white candy melts (for details like paws, hat trim, and ears)
- ½ cup red candy melts (for Santa hat and scarf)
For Decorating:
- Black decorating icing (for eyes and nose)
Instructions
- Start by carefully separating 24 regular-sized Oreos. Keep the half with the cream intact and set the other half aside. Arrange the cream-filled Oreo halves on a baking tray lined with silicone or parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the light brown candy melts. Follow the instructions on the bag, typically microwaving in 20-30 second intervals, stirring in between, until completely smooth.
- Place a dollop of melted light brown candy onto each Oreo half with filling. Press a Popsicle stick into the candy, ensuring it’s securely placed. Add another dollop of melted candy on top of the stick, then sandwich with the other Oreo half you set aside earlier.
- Separate 4 mini Oreos and discard the filling. Dip the halves into the light brown candy melts, only partially coating them. Attach two halves on the sides of each sandwiched Oreo for arms. Add two more halves on the top for the teddy bear ears.
- For each pop, dip three mini Oreo halves in the melted light brown candy. Place two at the bottom of the Oreo pop to create legs, and position one more at the upper center for the snout.
- Melt the dark chocolate candy melts and dip each teddy bear pop completely into the chocolate. Use a fork to help drip off any excess chocolate, then place each pop back on the baking sheet. Let them set for about 45 minutes, or until completely dry.
- Melt the red and white candy melts, then transfer them into separate decorating bottles. Use the red to pipe a small Santa hat and scarf on each teddy bear, and the white to add fluffy details to the hat, along with the bear’s paws and ears.
- Finally, use black decorating icing to add eyes and a cute button nose on each teddy bear pop. Let them set completely before serving or packaging them up as gifts.
