- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups All-purpose Flour
- ⅓ cup Yellow Cornmeal
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
Optional Decoration:
- ¼ cup Powdered Sugar (for the glaze)
- Fresh orange zest (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 340°F (170°C). Grease a bundt pan with butter or cooking spray and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the oil, ¾ cup of orange juice, and vanilla extract, and whisk until smooth.
- Sift in the flour, cornmeal, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir until combined. Add the orange zest and mix.
